Dinosaurs hold a special fascination with kids who love to know everything about these often huge and terrifying prehistoric beasts. The children's TV show, Dino Dan, is designed for kids aged 2 to 9 years old and follows the exploits of a trainee palaeontologist called Dan Henderson, who together with his team of friends unlocks dinosaur secrets and their ancient history of evolution and eventual extinction.
Dino Dan toys will not only be fun, but educational too with a range of playsets, excavation kits, adventure gear and of course an exciting collection of action figures. Wild Creations have won the contract to make these Dino Dan toys, and their co-founder Rhett Power said: “We are thrilled to partner with Geoworld, the global toy licensee. More importantly, I think this show and these new products will change the way kids think about dinosaurs… it has for my boys. They just love the show.”The Dino Dan show is a mixture of live action with CGI dinosaurs superimposed on top – this clever combination gives such a realistic viewing experience that kids get a real idea of what life really must have been like in these prehistoric times. Whilst Dino Dan toys are not expected in the UK until late 2012 at the earliest, we’ll update our visitors with more information as we receive it.
