Disney's Jungle Junction Toys

Introduction
As one of Disney Playhouse's most popular shows, Jungle Junction is enthralling kids all over the world. The Jungle Junction inhabitants are part-vehicle and part-animal, and each episode follows one of them as they work through problems with all of their friends. Looking after the jungle is a very important part of the show and helps the preschool audience to start thinking about their environment.

Main Characters
The three main characters include Zooter, a pink scooter riding piglet who’s the jungle messenger. Then there's Ellyvan who is Zooter’s best friend. He’s a big blue elephant van who transports everything around the jungle.  Bungo is an adorable bunny who’s not only good at geography, but is also the jungle’s main sign maker!

Release Dates
Despite the official release date of Autumn 2011, many retailers took hold of the first wave of Jungle Junction toys in June 2011.

Main Licensee
Well respected UK toy company Flair was granted a licence to make a series of Jungle Junction toys - and the charming animal characters translate brilliantly into their toys that feature many characters from the series.

Items available for purchase include a roadway system for the vehicles to travel on, a series of all the main character wheeled vehicles, and some exciting jungle inspired playsets. The biggest Jungle Junction vehicle is the fantastic Hippobus - a large yellow school bus with a Jamaican theme. Kids should also watch out for Taxicrab who can weave sideways in and out of all the traffic.

Other Licensees
Jumbo Games has announced some jigsaw puzzles and junior games to support the show. With a 15 piece floor puzzle as well as larger 35 piece assortments, kids will be kept busy recreating their favourite Jungle Junction scenes.
