Kiddimoto
Main Kiddimoto Features:
This funky, modern bike is designed to give children the opportunity to learn to balance while moving along without having to worry about using pedals. You gain momentum simply by pushing with your feet. The bike is of solid, wooden construction and excellent quality; the range includes other colours too, including pink, red and natural. “Very easy to assemble,” our testers said. “It took one adult only about half an hour.” You’ll need a suitable pump for the tyres.
Kiddimoto Benefits:
This bike is a fantastic choice for learner riders as it is “self propelled”. Children in our tests loved the motorbike look and could not wait to have a go. The given age range of 3-5 years is accurate, with children older than this probably too big for it (although this probably won’t stop them wanting a go!). “Both boys and girls loved it. There was an awful lot of whizzing up and down our path,” one teacher commented. A fantastic push-the-boat-out Christmas present.
Skills:
Large fine motor skills, physical development, imagination, social interaction.
Thanks to The National Association of Toy & Leisure Libraries for allowing us to publish their Kiddimoto review. This is just one of many reviews that you will find in the organisation's terrific annual publication, The Good Toy Guide.

Best thing we ever bought
Comment by Sam, 5th November 2009
I bought one of these for my son last year and think it is the best thing I have ever bought for him. He rides it every day and zooms everywhere. The build quality is great - very strong.
Poor
Comment by Simon, 7th October 2009
I just got one of these for my son. The build quality is actually quite poor. Wood splintered around holes, screw heads damaged and the lacquer has runs.
