Matchbox Mega Rig Pirate Ship Description
Like all good pirates would say "Shiver me timbers" - this boat is great for any little pirate captain! The Mattel Mega Rig Pirate Ship starts as one big ship and can be taken apart so that the kids can build and rebuild it in up to 30 different ships, combined in many different ways. The pieces can be mixed and matched to make the perfect pirate boat complete with all the accessories needed for a fun-filled adventure. The set includes a treasure chest, two pirate figures, and a giant squid. The ship is ready to roll on land or float on water, so that the kids can simply have adventures galore as they set sail across the far oceans.
The Matchbox Mega Rig Pirate Ship is suitable for children aged four and up.

I bought this ship to entertain my 6 year old through the very long school holidays. He spent ages rearranging it into all the different combinations and combining it with his other Mega Rig sets (as all the pieces from one set will fit with others so was coming up with some very weird hybrid boats/subs/trucks/dino cranes combos). It was a bit pricey so shop around as prices do vary - but it was very well made, as are all the Mega Rigs, and stands up to a lot of "interaction". A great toy!
