Activity Chest opened in 2004 in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire and is still run personally by the owners. The company motto, ‘Smart Stuff for Smart Kids’, stems from the belief that children's learning and development is aided and enhanced by play time with quality toys and games.
The unusual mix of creative, educational and retro toys, games and activities from around the world sits alongside some of the newest developments in non electronic toys, games and puzzles creating a shop that appeals to children, parents and grandparents. Experienced advice and suggestions for presents is available if required.
Buckinghamshire’s Activity Chest also works with the Gifted and Talented programme at Hillingdon, London providing support materials for extracurricular activities. Many of the educational games are also great for those with learning difficulties and special needs.
