They want to make every day a play day for children and young people who cannot play independently by offering access to their extensive library of over 4,000 specially-adapted toys and switches for their child to enjoy in the comfort of their home.
Steps Charity has been helping to make children's lives more fun, nationwide, since the early 1990s. They passionately believe that all children, regardless of their disability should be able to have the joyous, magical and life-enhancing developmental benefits of play. In addition, customers can also buy a battery-operated toy from one of the toy shops online and it can be adapted to work with an external switch.
Steps To Commerce is a community interest company where profits are returned to help Steps charity. Now, when Christmas and birthdays come, you can have that ‘must have’ battery-operated toy adapted for your child or young person to keep - simply buy the toy you would like to have adapted and Steps to Commerce in Torquay will do the rest.
