Specialising in kits, models and toys, Edinburgh's famous model shop, Wonderland Models, is a fantastic and exciting place to shop. All young boys up to and including adults, cannot fail to be impressed and enthralled by all the goods on offer.

If it is kits you want, Wonderland Models specialise in Airfix and Revell as well as selling items from Tamiya, Dragon and Academy. They also sell every paint, airbrush or accessory you could want. Also on offer, is a wide range of radio-controlled vehicles, Scalextric racing sets, Hornby railways, dolls houses, Meccano sets, science toys as well as board games and jigsaw puzzles.

The toy figure section is well represented with Schleich and Papo as the principal suppliers. William Britain metal soldiers and ceremonial collections are also all stocked by Wonderland Models. There is a great section devoted to outdoor toys like water rocket kits and wind-up flying birds.

Radio controlled vehicles of cars, buggies, tanks, helicopters, boats and planes have seen a huge surge in popularity, and Wonderland sell a vast range to cater for every age and price point. There's even an RC black widow spider to frighten those of a nervous disposition! The games and puzzles section has Gibsons and Westnedge as the main suppliers, where the quality and finish of all the products is superb.
