No order, not great customer service

I placed an order and was advised it would be delivered within 5 days. 2 weeks later, no order and so I contacted them. They then cancelled the order without asking and advised they the supplier had stock issues. Would have been better for them to contact me as soon as they knew there was a problem - and rather than cancelling, advising if more stock is expected and when. Very disappointing.
