About Castle Trains

Based in Warwick, Castle Trains opened in November 2005 and specialises in model railways and wooden trains. It has continued to expand and is now one of Warwickshire's premier toy and model shops.

The company's railway and model department has all the leading brands such as Hornby, Bachmann, Scalextric, Airfix, Corgi, Games Workshop and Woodland Scenics. Castle Trains also caters for railway modellers in N, OO, HO, On30 and G Gauges, with a smaller selection of O Gauge and Z Gauge available to order.

Whilst providing many ready-to-run models, the range of track, accessories, tools and model materials continues to grow on a weekly basis. With excellent prices and a huge second-hand model railway section, there is something for all modellers and kit builders alike at Castle Trains.

To the rear of this Warwick model shop you can find a model railway exhibition which is open to the public during normal shop hours. As well as being of interest to experienced modellers, this exhibition is also designed to provide plenty of ideas and inspiration to those starting out in the hobby.

Despite its name, Castle Trains actually sells a more diverse range of products than just railway equipment. The shop has a large toy department featuring many familiar and respected brands including Lego, Playmobil, Sylvanian Families, Tomy, Thomas Wooden Railway, Britains, Galt, Schleich and many more.  All these ranges have a reputation for being established, quality products.
