Originally the centre of the Cornish copper and tin mining industry, Camborne is in the process of a very large regeneration scheme that aims to increase jobs and wages for its residents. The town however, remains a popular destination amongst shoppers, with Trelowarren Steet being home to many of Camborne's best shops, including a couple of toy shops.
