Originally known as the County of Chester, Cheshire was originally a larger county, parts of which later became integrated into Wales. It now has a population of nearly one million people. Several important towns such as Crewe, Nantwich, Macclesfield and Chester all have interesting shopping centres with a good choice of toy shops, as well as all the usual multiple groups.
The diverse economy includes agriculture, automotive, chemical and financial service industries, and is also famous for the production of Cheshire cheese. There are plenty of toy shops to choose from in Cheshire as a whole, and a visit to any of the towns will enable a buyer to find almost any toy they want.
