Tron was released in 1982, but 2010 saw Walt Disney Pictures launch the long awaited sequel named Tron Legacy. Still starring Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn, the remade centres around his son Sam who wants to know everything about his father’s mysterious disappearance. Tron Legacy tracks their dangerous voyage across cyberspace which has become more advanced and perilous than ever.
Produced in digital 3D, Tron Legacy was a massive box office hit with fans of the original film as well as a new generation of movie goers who have huge appetites for anything sci-fi. This uses projection technology to create a lifelike image of Sam's face within his helmet, features illuminated body sections and includes some real voice quotes from the Tron Legacy movie.
