Once a little boy gets to 2 years old, not only will he be walking everywhere but will also be extremely inquisitive. Push and pull toys for this age group are great for encouraging the walking and balancing skills that are fast developing, and they also give a sense of security much like a soft toy that can be cuddled at bed time.
These toys probably also include some plastic or wooden building blocks. These are tremendous for helping dexterity, and whilst it will be great fun to see a pile of bricks topple over, the underlying skills of creating something, are learnt at this young age.
