Parky’s Traditional Toys is a little gem of a toy shop and the only one in Southbourne on the outskirts of Bournemouth. Its unique style and fabulous selection of traditional wooden toys make it a great find.
Items include wooden puzzle clocks, wooden kitchens and a great selection of pocket money toys where prices start from just 50p. Customers can also find a unique range of hand painted and re-loved furniture for children and adults. Items in stock vary but often include dining chairs, vintage desks and rocking chairs.
Parky's is run by Ross Parkhurst and Krysia Jones and both of them are proud to promote the Shop Local campaign. The business has been open in its current premises since 2012 although it was a prominent member of local Dorset markets for a year prior to this.

What a gem! Very unique toys that will last a long time. My daughter loved the wooden cakes, and loves making me tea now :-) Will be back soon!
