Spike’s Sight Words are the only board games in the world dedicated to teaching children to read and spell sight and high-frequency words.
There are over 10 themes to choose from and over 30 board designs. These range from Space, Animals, Vehicles, Culture, So So Cute, Nature, Action and Sports Theme Packs – the idea being, you select 3 board designs that will engage and excite your child.
Each pack contains over 150 sight and high-frequency words and are divided into Beginner words, Intermediate words and Advanced words. Spike’s Sight Words are therefore ideal for children who are at the beginning of their reading journeys as well as those who can read already.
The game itself is simple; one rolls the dice and moves the counter along, reading the word on the token as you land on it. The pack contains a ‘Spike Sight Words Tick-Off Sheet’ where you can keep progress of your child’s progress.
